As a group of 18 individuals, cancer has touched us all in some shape or form.

We wanted to do some thing , to give back to a Welsh Charity.

So we have chosen Cancer Research Wales.

Some of the world’s leading cancer research is
happening here in Wales from the help of  people in Wales .  

Donating their money to this worthy cause.

The event will be challenging as we are not athletes.

There is a mixed group o,f a few in their 20's a couple in their 30's but the majority  in their 40's and one in his 50's..

Lots of us have old injuries and different things wrong with us.

As a group we all feel we can complete this and rise a considerable amount of money.
