Centrepoint Sleep Out London 2015 · 12 November 2015

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Due to unforeseen circumstances the MS GNM Team are no longer able to participate in the Centrepoint Sleepout on Thursday November 12th 2015. Thank you all so much for your donations so far. We are disappointed we won't be able to meet the challenge this November but we fully intend to participate in another event, worthy of your donations, early next year. We will keep you posted!

************************************************************************

As a team we range in pretty much everything from ages to sports teams - even location (half of us are in Glasgow, half London). But one thing we do have in common is a keen fondness for our home comforts, warm beds and heating. BUT, for one cold November Night, we are giving all that up for a sleeping bag and a patch of East London pavement, all to raise money for those who only have that, night after night.

Taking to the streets is our show of solidarity for the young people Centrepoint support, who haven't had the luxury of the support and opportunities we've, all to often, taken for granted in our lives. We hope to wake up the next morning a stronger team (huddle together for warmth, anyone?) but also to have raised awareness and, most importantly, vital funds for this great cause.

Please donate whatever you can to help build a better future for so many who deserve it and get their lives back on track. Donations of any amount will help change someone's life for the better.

Thank you,

Leone, Sian, Meera, Megan, Emma, Lee, Ian, Gordon, Andy, Richard, Nicola, Claire, George and Karen
