Welcome to our virtual fundraising event The Big Bounce Back to Fitness. We have set up this event to help support you through your fitness journey as we come out of lockdown, and raise vital funds for Kidney Cancer UK. 

We are partnering with Sports & Spinal Physio as well as Essex Doctors to deliver 2.5 days of unlimited zoom sessions to choose from. These sessions will focus on,

• Fitness
• Nutrition
• Physiotherapy
• Mental Health

The event will be running from Thursday 25th - Saturday 27th of March, and is open to anyone hoping to improve their health & fitness. The event is free, all we ask is that you make a minimum donation of £10 to Kidney Cancer UK via this fundraising page.

Kidney Cancer UK is an initiative who operate to listen, inform and support people to reduce the impact caused by kidney cancer. The charity provides free services to patients, carers and their family members. Services include crucial information, support as well as funding vital research into the causes, prevention, and methods of treatment.

The charity was originally set up by broadcaster James Whale after his battle with the disease in 2006. James Whale is a good friend of gym owner Keith Morton which prompted him to organise this innovative virtual fundraiser.
