As you may already know, I suffer with a little known disease called Myasthenia Gravis, or MG. it's a weird one and no two sufferers are the same - known as 'snowflakes'. I'm very fortunate that my condition is really well controlled and mainly affects my eyes, so the worst thing I have to cope with is looking a bit odd with my droopy eyes and tilting head. 

But many do not get to live the life I do. Myasthenia can completely change a persons life for the worst, leaving them unable to get up from their bed, walk, maintain a job or even hold their own children due to the chronic muscle fatigue. Can you imagine that? 

Myaware are totally reliant on fundraising to be able to continue to supply the service they provide. This includes specialist nurses that are a life-line to some, support groups and opportunities for MG people to meet together.
