You may or may not know that&nbsp;I am the Assistant Headteacher at Longfleet Combined School in Poole.&nbsp;Longfleet's children and their parents/carers kindly helped me to choose both a local and national charity. Their response was fantastic! The local charity that was suggested time and time gain was <strong>Julia's House - the Dorset Children's Hospice</strong>. It is a local charity that helps and supports children with life-limiting conditions. In short, Julia's House provides life-changing support for the children it cares for and their families. Please donate on this page if you would like to support Julia's House through sponsoring me.</p> <p>The national charity I have chosen is The <strong>Cystic Fibrosis Trust </strong>-&nbsp;the UK's only national charity dedicated to all aspects of Cystic Fibrosis (CF).&nbsp;They fund research to treat and cure CF and aim to ensure appropriate clinical care and support for people with Cystic Fibrosis. I am particularly keen to support the CF Trust because we have two great children at Longfleet who cope with Cystic Fibrosis on a daily basis (without any complaint it has to be said!)
