Now that I have hit the big 3-0 I feel that I want to do something that  I am petrified of - not the marrying of Kathryn (which you can sponsor me for on the same page) - but running the London Marathon! 

My fitness levels for long distance running has always been pretty poor but I have started training properly and really want to give this the best I can.

Working as a teacher I felt it most appropriate that I should run for a children's charity and Phab Kids have taken me onboard. Phab aims to promote and encourage people with and without physical disabilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete integration within the wider community and to make more of life together.
