Well Folks.....This Ol' Sailor is running in this years Bupa Great North Run for charity.....this year I have chosen Zoes Place in Middlesbrough.....

Its not aswell known or as well represented as some of the bigger charities but nevertheless would appreciate your donations to help them carry on with the great work they're doing and services they provide.

They provide pallative care and respite for babies and infants in Teesside who have life limiting or life threatening illnesses....

I know its a time of austerity and money is tighter than ever....but next time your looking at the Tesco's Extra Special for tea....think of me and this charity.... and go for a blue stripe one instead and donate the difference :)
