Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF is a charity close to my heart, they've helped my family in the past and most recently my wonderful husband who went through a very tramatic experience at the age of 28.

If the last couple of weeks has taught me anything it's that life is precious and never take any moment for granted! My darling husband has been through shit and back 6.30pm Monday 10th December he started having chest pains and ended up in Moreton hospital, we were then transferred to Gloucester to be told that Steve had a life threatening heart problem, called a Aortic Dissection, human terms a 7cm tear in his aortic valve, we were rushed to Bristol Heart Institute to have emergency surgery to save Steve life!

 My incredible husband had to go through all that in a couple of hours, we arrived at Bristol Hospital at 3am Tuesday 11th and he was in the operating theatre at 3.30am! He was under the knife for 9 hours! Finally I got see him again at around 12.30pm Tuesday afternoon, the relief to know he had come out the other side and was doing well!! 

They later woke him around 4pm! I am always proud of Steve but this has just shown me what an incredible and inspiring human being he is! I am so proud of the progress that he's made, 5 days in and he's was up and about walking... Really?!?!? Just a bloody super star!!! I am so very grateful for the NHS and the fantastic staff at BHI for saving the love of my life & making sure my other half can still be here with us ❤️❤️❤️❤️

 11.12.18 will forever be engraved on my heart, Steve has been to hell and back and come out the other side! He's such a fighter 💪
