Darul Ummah - A Change you can See

Darul Ummah Community Centre is a multipurpose Community Centre - is Your Community Centre. Since its establishment in 1997, it has been serving the communities in various ways. Due to high demand of the services of this centre, it is hard to meet the high demand with the existing buildings. Darul Ummah is now undertaking the development programme in order to meet the community demand and serve the community at its best.

Darul Ummah Centre is providing the following services:

- Muslim Prayer Hall for both male and female
- Gymnasium
- Youth Room
- Library
- Boys Secondary School - Top Ranking GCSE results in Tower Hamlets - Students going to Oxford, QMW, Imperial - Boys Sixth Form College
- Evening Maktab (teaching mother tongue languages)
- SPIRAL (weekend school for young children)
- WYDS Weekend Youth Development Scheme
- Crime Reduction Project - An Award Winning Project
- Employment Project - An Award Winning Project

Once the Development Project will be completed, Darul Ummah Community Centre will be able to provide the following services along with the above existing services:

- Multi-purpose Hall
- Male/Female Changing Area
- Community Cafeteria
- Garden Court
- Enlarged Gymnasium with more facilities
- Activity Studio
- Funeral Space
- Wider, Bigger Female Prayer Hall
- Female only Youth Room
- Creche
- Play Space
- Concourse Hall
- Wider, Bigger, Richer Library
- Healthcare Facilities
- Project Rooms
- Increased capacity for Boys Secondary School
- Student Accommodation
