Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2009 a wonderful woman was diagnosed with terminal cancer.  On the 22nd of August 2010 she lost her fight.  She was my Mum and I loved her very much.  The last weeks of her life were spent in the care of a local hospice whose dedication to care and support for the whole family was unsurpassable, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I want to take this opportunity to give a little back. In just 24 hours I aim to travel the length of the country from John O Groats to Lands End on my 1960 Lambretta. This will be ridden as a relay, with a little help from my friends, and maybe the money we raise will give another family the chance of another 24 hours with their loved ones.
