We're all seen the films; Police Academy, Officer and a Gentleman and Hot Shots?!?! So a group of us thought it would be fun??! to have a go at the real thing .. http://www.toughguy.co.uk. Date is July 26th 2009.. 8 country miles of grueling assault course as demanding as a Navy S.E.A.L.S survival training ordeal.
"Cold Water Training - Start at home with cold showers and baths but you will find it much easier and more adrenaline charged to jump in the local canal or river (with safety precautions) or get yourself a huge wheelie bin of water and climb down a rope from your bedroom each morning into it! Most of that exhilarating feeling on a Tough July day comes from our natural therapy ancient spring water. Our mud is so good it sucks smiles from sallow cheeks!!"
