Walk Your Way 2019 (26.2 Miles) for Stroke Association

Walk Your Way · 17 June 2019
Back in 2010, our lives were changed forever when my mother had an almost fatal Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA) on the left-hand side of her brain. It was a case of touch-and-go go for a while but thankfully she made a remarkable recovery, and part of that is due to this charity. If it was not for the pioneering research they do, treatments and rehabilitation programs would not be possible and many lives I believe have been spared due to their input and presence as a charity. I have previously raised money for this wonderful charity as back in April, I did a Resolution Run. It was the hardest run I have ever done but I would do it over and over again just to raise more money. All donations will be gratefully received and thank you for taking the time to read this story.
