On the 17th August 2019, one overweight unfit 50 year old man (Nick), 3 very enthusiastic but naive teenagers (Ida 13, Thomas 15 and Poppy 16) and Thomas' Mum Alex (with one good knee) will attempt to cycle over 300 miles from Richmond Park in London to Dinas Mawddwy in Snowdonia. God knows why. Sam will be In the support vehicle to prepare the evenning camp, and pick up any stragglers on the way.
