I have given you 3 whoopin options to pick from, as I know not everyone resonates with every cause, this way every charity wins from your generosity! 

You all know, I am NOT a runner, you've probably only ever seen me run after a horse or after Max. 

I have had to dig deep for this run, it's not been easy, the training has been super hard but I really believe in the causes I'm running for - I really hope you will support me. I hope the pain of running and having to do cardiac hill will make you dig deep into your pockets and donate generously
