We help the homeless or those in hardship to give them a better future

Story

We are taking part in The Big SleepOut in Northampton on 31st January 2020. The event is organised by the Hope Centre in Northampton who provide essential services to the homeless and those struggling to get by. Aside from the money it raises, the event really to helps you appreciate (over 12 hours) what so many people are experiencing every day. In Northampton alone there are about 60 rough sleepers every night.

13 of us will turn up at Franklins Gardens, Northampton on the Friday 31st January at about 7:30, wrapped up as warm as possible with a sleeping bag. We don’t then leave until 7:30 the next morning when we will be fortunate enough to return to the warmth of our homes unlike those experiencing homelessness for real.

Any donations you can give will be gratefully received by the charity and put to amazing use. National Accident Helpline will also be matching the total raised.

About the charity
