VERTICAL RUSH, A RACE FOR SPORTING MASOCHISTS. . .

 

. . . is how one UK newspaper describes the 920 stair, 42 storey race to the top of Tower 42 in the City of London. But this is what awaits the five members of National Bank of Canada, London on 3rd March 2011.

 

We asked the team for their comments prior to the big day:

 

Nicky Bell - "Only 920 stairs, can we do it twice?"

 

Katy Wallington - "They told me there was shopping and chocolate at the top. I've just found out there isn't. I'm not happy"

 

Martin Legault - "Elevators are for wimps"
