Our NCS team are extremely passionate about accessibility for children with disablities, as many areas are not accessible for all and this limits their opportunities throughout their lives. Throughout our social action project we would like to raise money to put towards equipment in our local area, create a video to raise awareness on the affects of families with disabled children, as well as creating a sensory guide for Sharpes Pottery in Swadlincote. Our aim in the long term is for children and families to feel comfortable to go on a day out because they have the equipment to do so, and for people to understand that we are all one in our community.
