As some of you take the overground to come to the office, you might have heard about the Whitechapel Mission, an association that helps rough sleepers on the overground line. The Whitechapel Mission is called to serve the men and women caught in the cycles of poverty, hopelessness and dependencies of many kinds, and to see their lives transformed to hope, joy and lasting productivity.

Their goal is to help people to help themselves, giving them the confidence they need to become independent, which we do through practical support and advice and by teaching them the life skills they need to succeed. We believe everyone deserves chance, regardless of their background, race or religion.

NGE has in the past made some donation but this time we would like to go further and raise some funding for this worthy cause.
