Laugh Out Loud: A pocket book of 50 cartoons and jokes about planning and development · 13 July 2012

The Werewolves of London Special Ice Hockey Club is unique in that it is the only non-profit organisation in the UK that is dedicated to providing an opportunity for children and young adults with disabilities and special needs to participate in the sport of ice hockey.

Story

Planners and others involved in development are no strangers to controversy but there seem to be surprisingly few jokes about them. It therefore gives us great pleasure to put this right and present this compilation of 50 cartoons and jokes to mark the 50th anniversary of Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners.

We wish to thank those clients, local authority officers we’ve worked with and our own staff for providing the material for this pocket book. We also have contributions from noted cartoonists such as Rob Cowan, Louis Hellman and Steve Bell and from journals such as Private Eye, Planning and Building Design.

This book illustrates the creative talents of NLP and we hope it provides a lasting memento of our first 50 years.

All proceeds from the sale of this pocket book will support our aim to raise £50,000 for seven charities nominated by our staff in each of our offices.

Go on, LOL!
