Help a Capital Child is proud to announce its new name: Make Some Noise – we will help disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Thanks to your support, we have grown over the years and we will continue to help those affected by illness, disability, bereavement or lack of opportunity.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

This is my very first attempt at running a half marathon, I am doing it for "Help A London Child" and I need your support to make all the hard work, aches, pains and blisters worthwhile! So empty your piggy banks and do it for the kids :)
