10´000 metres, 2 shoes, one cause!!!

Hi,

I am running the BUPA 10'000 on May 31 to raise funds for the Sick Children's Trust.

The Sick Children's Trust was founded in 1982 by two paediatric specialists who believed that having parents on hand during hospital treatment benefited a child's recovery. Today, they have seven Homes from Home at major hospitals around the country, each providing clean comfortable accommodation for families with seriously ill children.

All of you who know of me and my belief that running is for cowards, know that I must have a very powerful reason to put on my trainers for a short run. Needless to say for 10k! The cause behind the Sick Children´s Trust and the people who work there is quite a good one.

So please, please, please, dig inside your pockets for some nickels and sponsor this cause.
