A few of you will already know,  one of our very special friends Nicola (Nic) was diagnosed with bowel cancer shortly after giving birth to her beautiful daughter Emily almost 5 years ago. 

Nic has been such an inspiration to everyone who knows her, through her positive outlook and strength throughout all of the treatment she has had to endure.  

This year Dan Marianne & I will be running the Hastings Half Marathon and in April Marianne & I will be running the Brighton Marathon.
Nic has been such an amazing friend to us all, the best. We are aiming to raise as much money as we can for her chosen charity - The Sarah Lee Trust. The Hastings Half Marathon is on the 18th March & the Brighton is on the 15th April. 

The money we raise will go directly to The Sara Lee Trust, which is a local charity providing alternative therapies, counselling and sanctuary days to local people who are affected by cancer. They have been a fantastic support to Nicola :) 

Any donations, no matter how small will mean so much and be greatly appreciated for this amazing cause! Thank you xxx
