After many years contemplating whether we would be fit enough to complete the Ride London, we are taking the plunge and have signed up.  That be said we are still both unsure whether we will be fit enough...but are excited about giving it a go.  We have been SPT colleagues and friends for over 15 years and would love the opportunity to raise funds to be used for the patients at Meadowfield where we both work.  Whilst working at Meadowifled we have seen how Heads On money has been used to improve the hospital and the experience for people using our services.  So if possible please sponsor us and support our challenge...
