In November this year, I am making a trip to Nepal to spend a little time helping out in a school for kids that have been rescued from slavery, a massive problem in Nepal where an estimated 100,000 child slaves work in hazardous situations.

Child Rescue Nepal frees children from slavery.  CRN is on the ground, removing children from factories, restaurants, hotels and construction sites where they are held captive. They take the children to a safe house and provide them with medical care and counselling. The next step is tracing their families and safely reuniting them, providing ongoing support where necessary.

So far they have rescued nearly 800 children and reunited the majority of those children with their families. They have also prevented 50,000 children from being trafficked through their education programmes. But there are thousands more who need our help.
