Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

10 years ago my family lost one of its best; my brother Sam. He was only 21 and although he had limitations due Cystic Fibrosis, he never let that get in the way of trying to live his life to the fullest. I wanted to try to do something "special" on this 10 year anniversary and hopefully raise some money along the way for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Myself and 3 of my wonderful friends (Teague Emery, Jon Archer and Tom Blyth) will be joining me in doing the Seven Sisters Cliff walk from Seaford to Eastbourne -
Trailhead: Seaford Beach
Destination: Eastbourne Pier
Distance: 22.5 km (14 miles)
Difficulty: Moderate
Elevation Gain (total uphill): 285 meters
Elevation Loss (total downhill): 287 meters
Time Needed: 7 hours with breaks.

Any donation you can make; big or small will be extremely appreciated.

While Sam unfortunately isn't with us anymore, he is NEVER forgotten. <3
