Thank you for your messages and kind words received by the family following Craig’s passing on 5th September 2021. We have received messages from others asking how they can support during this difficult time. 

Our family is asking that, if you wish to do so, for donations to be made Ty Olwen Hospice in loving memory of Craig.

Craig was a humble person who did not ask for much. Ty Olwen provided excellent care and comfort to Craig in his final days. 

Our family will forever be grateful for the care that Craig received in the days spent at Ty Olwen and we appreciate the important service that the hospice provides to our loved ones. We would like to recognise the palliative care of the hospice via donations, so they can continue with their excellent care to patients. 

Craig will be sorely missed by his family and by many others who have treasured memories of him. 

Any donation whether small or large will be gratefully welcomed by Ty Olwen.
