The advice Shelter provides on its helpline is absolutely vital. I know, because I’ve used it. That's why I really hope you'll sponsor me to do this 10k run for them.

When my sister and nephews were homeless last year, the support we received from Shelter became a lifeline – helping us navigate our way through the law, their rights and the constant bullying tactics of the council. The three of them shared a room in a B&B, with two beds and no kitchen for eight months. It was really tough. But thanks to the help we received from Shelter they now have a home, with all the security and happiness that goes along with it.

So if I can raise enough money to help another family get the information they need I will be a very happy lady. So please give as much as you can to this brilliant cause. Because everyone should have a home.
