On the 1st of February Luke and Natalya  will be running their very first 10k in the London Winter Run for Cancer Research UK.

We are not runners in any shape or form and this is definitely going to be a big challenge for us, especially given the Arctic conditions the route promises with plenty of artificial snow to add to the chill factor! We sadly haven't done as much training as we had hoped, but have tried our best and have got into our fair share of scrapes along the way... including almost being locked in overnight in Brompton cemetery while out running in the rain on Boxing Day!
