Almost a year ago our twin daughters Iggy and Darcey burst into our lives and have since turned it topsy-turvy in the best way possible. Part of our adventure as new parents has been navigating our way through Iggy's postnatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome. The wonderful team at DEx have been a massive support to us as parents and now support Iggy's development as she progresses through childhood. 

To show our appreciation we've signed ourselves up to this slightly crazy run and swim event across London. We will start at Hampstead Heath and have a dip in the beautiful (but bloody freezing) ponds and finish at Brockwell Lido, stopping to dip in Parliament Hill Lido and the Serpentine. The run takes in Hampstead Heath, Parliament Hill, Primrose Hill, Regent's Park, Hyde Park, Battersea Park, Clapham Common and Brockwell Park. Did we mention it's going to be bloody freezing!
