CEOSleepout - the brainchild of Middlesbrough Mayor Andy Preston, is a tangible way of showing solidarity with some of the  most vulnerable people in society. Along with my colleagues (who have kindly volunteered to join me), Nomi Ahmad UK Head, Matthew Scrimshaw, Head of Commercial and Dave Thompson, Head of UK Operations, I'll be spending ten and half long, cold hours experiencing what it's like to be homeless.
