Imagine Independence supports people experiencing mental health issues. We have seen the devastating impact of the pandemic on people's mental and physical wellbeing - particularly those digitally excluded. Digital exclusion means that someone doesn't have digital equipment (smartphone, tablet, laptop, PC) and/or digital skills. The pandemic has caused significant levels of isolation - loneliness - but this is further exacerbated by digital exclusion. Can you imagine living without digital equipment or digital know-how? Unable to have video calls with friends/family, unable to do an online shop. Unable to place an order of your prescription including delivery? So many people have been excluded from online opportunities e.g. medical appointments, online social groups, online learning.
