Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the last 30 years I have lost family members, close friends and work colleagues. I have witnessed the suffering and cruelness this disease brings often to the relatively young. We have all also seen several high profile celebrities lives ended prematurely but cancer this year. 

I have also had friends and family who have beat cancer due to the fantastic research and advances in treatments now available. 

I don't often raise money for charity but have challenged myself this year to take on this challenge and raise a decent amount of money to a good cause.

Although the race in in September I will be taking on smaller challenges and training in the build up as I aim to give it my best effort.
