On 15 May we are cycling 20 miles to raise money for our local hospice - the North London Hospice. This is a cause which is close to our hearts. Our friend Anna Cardow was cared for wonderfully at the hospice in her last days in 2010 and we want to ensure its good work continues.

We have been training hard and it has been really really tough! (Not really we have actually quite enjoyed it.) As you read this, we are bound to be either off on yet another bike ride, recovering from one or thinking about the next endurance test  - although we do get a secret snack (don't tell anyone).
