Story
Sadly, my mother passed away on the 28th of May 2014, aged 52 after a very rapid decline from this disease for which she fearlessly fought and as a family we are immensely proud of her.
To see a love one in excruciating pain is no pleasant sight. Coming to terms with a family member having Cancer is one thing, let alone accepting that it is incurable. I remember asking myself “why Mam??” - I still do, but the only consolation I have, and that is to raise money so researches have enough funds to trail and create new drugs to cure people who deserve to live.
I want to raise £2,000 for cancer research to aid research that would help combat this vile disease that impacts so many lives and families and do so in my Mums name.
