Story
Dear friends, thank you for visiting our page. This is our third year supporting CKDCF by attempting to complete the walk ( usually in the rain ) around Loweswater lake in Cumbria.
CKDCF is a charity which raises funds for children's health, wellbeing and educational needs. Donations have been used to purchase hospital beds and entertainment units for children’s oncology wards; construct libraries; build gardens; purchase educational supplies for schools… and much, much more.
CKDCF fundraising centres around one main annual event, which takes place in a couple of weeks. Fundraising activities include the sponsored walk, celebrity auctions, and music concerts. Supporters travel from far and wide to be a part of these incredible fundraising weekends.
Please help us to help children who need a helping hand by giving whatever you can.
