Hero Ride 2016 - Dawn Raid

I grew up as an Army kid and have seen first hand the sacrifice many take to fight for our country. The physical and mental strength those we see return with is courageous but needs continuous support from the Help for Heroes charity. 

Also, I'm out of shape and this challenge gives me a focus to get my fitness back up to where it should, and can be. 

A few quid from each of the people I know to see my in Lycra, sweating my butt off throughout this nighttime 100 mile ride for a great cause is surely worth it.
