We're on the March for Kindness

Stevie Yarou Mackay is raising money for Glasgow Association for Mental Health

March for Kindness · 25 May 2020

Glasgow Association for Mental Health (GAMH) is an independent charity registered in Scotland. We provide a range of innovative and person centred support services to people with mental health problems and their carers, including Young Carers. Our work produces positive life enhancing outcomes.

Story

NHS staff from Neuro, Spinal, OMFS and PDRU are being challenged to cumulatively walk from Glasgow to London as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2020.

We are all very aware of how important it is to look after our mental health especially, during this time. Exercise is one factor, which can help us to improve mental health.

All those who wish to participate, choose a target number of steps and please leave a kind message to let us know when and how you have achieved it. Goal is 870,144 steps by Monday 25th May.

All money raised will go to our local mental health charity - GAMH. So please share far and wide. Every little amount you give makes a difference.

Thank you,

Stephen, Stevie, Mary, Elle and the rest of the team
