We provide a range of services in Herefordshire and the surrounding area to people living with a terminal illness. Care is free to patients, their families and carers. This is thanks to supporters taking part in events, visiting our shops, playing our Lottery, donating and leaving gifts in wills.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 31st May 2014, along with my friend and colleague Helen, I will be jumping out of a plane from 15,000 feet (with a parachute) supported by Swansea Skydive. This is going to be the scariest thing I have ever done, but no braver than my wonderful mum! She battled her illness for many years and whilst her double lung transplant gave her a few more precious years with her family,  she lost her battle just 2 years ago! Her optimism and determination will always be remembered as will the support from family and friends and care she received! She was an inspiration and a lady I will always be proud to call my mum, so this skydive will be done in her memory whilst fundraising for St Michaels Hospice; a local charity whose palliative care has given support to my family and many others over the years!  Thank you for your support!
