At the start of the year I begun a challenge to run at least 5km every day in 2020 and a total of 3,500km for the year. As things have turned out this provided to be a good choice of challenge given that nearly all organised events have had to be postponed or cancelled what with one thing and another.

Anyway, as I enter the home straight of December I thought I’d better start my fundraising efforts.

As usual I’m raising money for Team Verrico, a charity that help support families facing really difficult times as a result of cancer. If you can sponsor me I’d be very grateful.
