The sun is shining and I've broken out the running shoes again. It's only a little jaunt round the middle of London (10K) but the charity is definitely worth the effort as there's not a lot a support out there (they run safe houses for women escaping domestic violence and are jointly responsible for the national domestic violence helpline).

I'm sure you must have a few coppers to spare?
