Well where do I start.

Well this is my first ever half marathon and this particular charity is quite close to me and my family. To be honest I'm a little nervous but also excitied.

The charity are remodernising their coaches/ ambulance. Hence the name of the charity. So every penny is going to a worthy cause.

There the basics you know what to do now. So please please dig deep in your pockets. Trust me they are an excellent charity.
