Many thanks to Guernsey Roulers for their tireless support, advice and assistance without which this would not have been possible. The club did absolutely everything but provide a draft (not within the rules of the challenge) and of course to ride that bloody bike!

What? Distance cycle attempt

Why? For the challenge

410 miles? World Record is 75,065 miles (ave 205 miles each day) Brit (http://oneyeartimetrial.org.uk/) & US riders seem likely to break Brit Tommy Godwins record set back in the '30s.

One day of 205 miles might be possible, two will be difficult. 

When? starting on the morning of 23rd May 2015.
