We are three, ultra-athletic and highly trained individuals (or hopefully by the latest September), who have chosen to partake in the annual ‘London to Brighton’ cycle ride by Skyline Events on September 16th, 2018 in loving memory of Aaron Vranas.

On the 13th April 2014, our lives changed forever. We learned the devastating news that our dearest friend, beloved Nephew, and treasured Son Aaron had tragically taken his own life.

Words simply cannot describe how much we love and miss Aaron, but sadly his story is far from unique.

Our chosen charity, CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), is an award-winning organisation dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Please sponsor us and help to raise our target figure of £500 for a charity that is so close to our hearts, and whose work to reach out to people, like Aaron, in their time of need makes all the difference to so many lives.

Some people struggling with mental health still haven’t spoken out, are confused or perhaps ashamed. Some don’t have a home, family to fall back on, friends to listen, or an addiction they can so simply overcome. Many in the time it’s taken for you to read this will have succumbed to their illness.

So please, even if it’s £1, do what you can and help us to raise £500 for an amazing cause, in Aaron’s name.
