We have been challenged by some good friends, to take part in a 109km bike ride to raise money for a community based foster care charity which looks after orphaned, abused, neglected and vulnerable children in South Africa. We have taken up the challenge, we have training hard, now we need the support of our friends and family to meet our goal, i.e. to help give children a better start in life.
