Whilst Nick was receiving his radiation treatment he had to use the children’s radiotherapy room on a couple of occasions whilst his normal room was under maintenance.  The room wasn’t at all cheerful and Nick wanted to do something to help raise funds to make this a less scary environment for the kids that were going through cancer treatment.

The Neurology department are also raising funds for a state of the art piece of equipment to treat patients with brain tumours.

Max and Ross ran the City of Birmingham 10K in September and Max with his best friend Louis then ran the Birmingham half marathon in October, the boys had raised nearly £2000

Nick was so proud of the boys and would have been pleased if donations made in his name were able to make a difference.
