Hi all , I'm competing in IRONMAN UK which is the hardest endurance event in the world.

It's a 2.4 mile swim in a lake then a 112 mile cycle race up some big hills and then a full 26. 2 mile marathon all in under 17 hours .

It has taken 18 months of solid training and commitment and it would be great if you could be in Bolton on the 4th August just to cheer me on and give me some support as this will be much needed and would help as its a fantastic event with Top professional Ironman athletes competing. There are over 2,000 athletes competing , the atmosphere is electric with tv and radio coverage, also all the pubs are supporting with half price drinks and BBQ's. I also want to raise money for The CHRISTIE hospital, a charity that is close to my familys heart so anything  you can spare would be gratefully received and put straight to work at The CHRISTIE hospital to help with the fantastic work they do.
