Rusty and I are in the process of a gruelling (frequently hilarious) training regime to get our arses around Hackney in a semi respectable time. We have chosen different but equally worthy causes..

I live and work in Hackney and love it. However, there is a massive (and widening) cash and social divide in this borough, and i would like to give something back.

Hackney Quest works with and for under underprivileged kids and families locally. They help provide opportunities for those often in difficult circumstances and rely on volunteer work and donations.

 Or you just pay to watch us wheeze our way round Hackney, desperately clinging to our dignity in unflattering conditions and shorts.
