Cancer has risen its head far too many times so far this year and sadly our friend Racheal Pole lost her battle..In memory of Racheal and also in admiration of other friends who are still battling i hope to raise some money for the valindre trust.. 

on the day of the race i shall be wearing rachaels name on my tshirt along with my nephew  gary diamond who died of asthma and a lady i think is lovely jan richards(keep fighting jan x)
