In January this year my good friend Craig lost his battle with depression. His condition was completely unknown to us and now I want to raise as much money as possible to help those who are suffering.

Therefore, Karen and I are running a triathlon to try and raise a little money!

I have never been an athlete and those who know me well would also say I don't look like one either! I wanted to do something difficult and raising money for Papyrus helps with my motivation!
