In a moment of madness, I decided to sign up for Great South Run for the second time, and since I've not yet managed to start up the running again, I figured the ultimate kick up the backside would be to set up my JustGiving page - definitely no going back now! If I can get a few donations to start me off I'd be really grateful - nothing will get my butt in gear like knowing you have put your hand in your pocket for a good cause ;)

I'm very proud to be part of Team Macmillan again this year, and in true fundraising fashion, I'll be aiming to beat last years total of £620, and of course to better my time. No pain, no gain! If you have a few quid to spare, send it my way and do your bit for people affected by cancer...why not consider this to be your annual charitable donation?! Two birds with one stone! I will also be taking part in the Southampton 5k fun run on 09 October as a warm up, so technically this is buy one, get one free, and you can't say fairer than that!
